As a retail investor with a small amount of expendable income per-month I am hoping to increase my founder's level, but have to invest portions over time. Thank you. I'm very excited for this and I appreciate being a part of positive change towards the future! |

For example, if you were to invest $1,000 now, $1,000 later, and $3,000 after that, then you would receive the perks for the $5,000 tier as the above are of course, $1k + $1k + $3k to achieve that $5,000 total. The raise will continue for a period of up to 1 year from the offering date, or it reaches the maximum raise amount of $5 million, and may be ended at our discretion with a public filing prior to 1 year or the $5 million cap. Simply put, we expect it to reach $5 million MUCH earlier than 1 year.
