When that happens, you'll have the opportunity to sell your shares at the market price, or hold them as long as you'd like. Right now during this private equity investment phase, you're investing in the company and receiving 1 UNIT of LITXCHANGE for every $500 invested. $500 invested = 1 UNIT of LITXCHANGE $2,500 invested = 5 UNITS of LITXCHANGE Upon IPO, your units will convert into shares based on your ownership percentage of LITXCHANGE at that time. ***** FOR EXAMPLE; (These numbers are not verified and not accurate, nor indicative of any plan to IPO with this number of shares. They're simply an example of the mechanics of the UNIT to SHARES conversion) If 10,000 TOTAL UNITS are issued during this investment round and LITXCHANGE goes public with 500 Million total SHARES, each UNIT would be worth 50,000 shares (500M 10K). = So, if you hold 5 UNITS, you would receive 250,000 shares at IPO. If 10,000 total UNITS are issued during this investment round and LITXCHANGE goes public with 1 Billion total SHARES, each UNIT would be worth 100,000 shares (1B 10K). = So, if you hold 5 UNITS, you would receive 500,000 shares at IPO.
